Directorate General for Specifications and Measurements (DGSM) is a member of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), GCC Standardization Organization (GSO) and the Standards and Metrology Institute for the Islamic Countries (SMIIC). Oman is also a member International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).
