National Organisations: The national organization in charge of intellectual property is the Zimbabwe Intellectual Property Office (ZIPO) within the Ministry of Justice, Department of the acts of corporate and intellectual property.
Regional Organisations: Zimbabwe is a member of the African Regional Industrial Property Organization (ARIPO).
International Membership: Member of the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization)
